If you have managed to wean your yourself off your caffine addiction but still like to savour the flavour of a good brew you are probably well acquainted with decaf. What you might not realize is that unless otherwise indicated, chemical solvents are used to extract the caffeine from the bean. These chemicals include ethyl acetate (found in nail polish remover). Grilled Veggies
Equal amounts of...
- Potatoes (1 inch cubs)
- Yams (sliced into fries)
- Carrots (sliced into 1/2 chunks)
Add oil, butter, salt & pepper and rosemary. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 40 min
On a separate cookie sheet. Cut into chunks red pepper, green pepper, red onion, mushrooms & zucchini. Add oil butter, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Bake at 350 for 20 min
Combine the 2 cookie sheets and serve!
